I have been a chef, culinary instructor and culinary producer since 2018, hosting curated dining experiences across NYC metro. My style is modern southern fusion, pulling deep influence from French and Asian cuisines. In 2020 & 2023, I self-published v1 & v2 of my cookbook on brunch: Early Enough. My work as a chef and culinary producer has been featured on Food Network’s Chopped, Chip & Joanna Gaines’ Magnolia Network, Glamour Magazine, Essence Magazine, Ebony and more.

As I honed my skills as a chef, I sought a playful outlet to enhance the culinary experience through drinks. In 2016, I trained in mixology at the Ecole Hôtelière de Paris. Since, I have been creating signature cocktails for my audience, private events, brand partners and restaurants. To me, a good drink is the final flourish in a well-balanced dish. Cin Cin!

I have loved to tell stories since my childhood, anyone who knew a younger me recounts the detail, excitement and colour I used to make a simple series of events feel like the cinema. My love for language followed me into adulthood via my career as a brand marketer, telling stories for HelloFresh, Blue Apron, Pepsi and UberEats. Now my stories have taken a personal turn via my podcast & newsletter: With Love & Butter, a space to explore the relationships between food, drinks and the pursuit of love.
