Chef. Mixologist. Storyteller.

Hi y’all.

I am an Atlanta-based chef, baker, mixologist, culinary producer, author and teacher. Whew, a mouthful.

As an Atlanta native, Southern hospitality was the first "golden rule" I learned... Hostess like you'd want to be hosted.

I’ve been baking since 8 years old. I left for college at Syracuse University when I was 16 years old and during my freshman year started my bakery ThunderCakes. My passion for food business led to me getting my Masters in Entrepreneurship.

As much as I’ve always loved baking, I knew my future was in savory dining. So in 2018, I started The Spred Catering Co and began throwing highly curated, ultra-decadent dinner parties in New York City. To complement my love of food, I also trained as a mixologist in Paris. For me, craft cocktail pairings serve as the final frill in a well-rounded dining experience. After successfully cooking and hosting an event a week for almost two years, I wanted to write down what I’d learned about everyone’s new favorite meal occasion: brunch.

In my 2020 debut cookbook Early Enough, I share the secrets to creating brunch dishes that anyone can make and no one will stop talking about. A colorful, quirky guide to demystifying day-dining and day-drinking: Early Enough is the resource for afternoon eats with charm.

Now, I teach virtual cooking and cocktail classes to empower, entertain and educate on the "why" of cooking. My teaching motto is “home cooking = applying your preferences to the principles.”

Can’t wait to meet ya and teach ya. Toodles.
